N.K.B. EUROPEAN FACIAL-This customized facial treatment begins with your normal skin care regimen, adds an exfoliating bio-energizing mask and ends with a deeply relaxing massage.

PETITE FACIAL - The ideal relaxing facial providing cleansing and toning benefits, for ˝ the time and ˝ the cost.

GLYCOLIC TREATMENT - An exfoliate treatment that sloughs off dead skin cells, promoting softer, healthier, and younger looking skin.

ALOCEL C TREATMENT - A botanical rejuvenation.

ACNE FACIALS - This specially formulated Exfoliant Gel with 2% salicylic acid aids in the treatment of oily and acne prone skin.

CHAIR MASSAGE - A non invasive introduction to massage therapy. The client is fully clothed and seated in a chair designed for massage therapy.  The back, neck, and shoulders are focal points for this type of massage. $1.00 per minute

RELAXATION MASSAGE - Utilization of stroking, flowing, effleurage techniques that are applied light or deep, per clients request. This type of massage will help calm the nervous system and relax the external muscle system leaving you feeling relaxed, de-stressed, and floating.  ˝ hour - 1 hour - 1 ˝ hour

DEEP TISSUE /SPORT MASSAGE- Utilization of rigorous, deep tissue, neuromuscular techniques that isolate individual muscle or muscle groups. This massage will strengthen overworked muscles by bringing blood flow to the muscle to help it work at it's maximum capacity.

EUROPEAN STONE THERAPY™- A combination of European's renowned heat therapy and therapeutic massage techniques, increasing relief to muscles and improve detoxification.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY - A specialized massage for the feet. The entire body is mapped out onto the feet. Trigger points in the feet are used to stimulate different areas of the body providing results.

EXFOLIATION MASSAGE - This 75 minute service gently polishes your skin and removes dead skin cells with the Qtica Sugar Scrub. Your Therapist then massages the Qtica Body Lotion onto your body to rehydrate the skin. The end result is smooth, soft skin with a healthy glow.

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE ™  is a very effective hands on technique which provides treatment to the fascial system to eliminate pain, headaches, and to restore motion. Fascia is the connective tissue which spreads throughout the body in a three dimensional web from your head to your feet without interruption. Trauma or inflammation can create a tightening of fascia resulting in excessive pressure on nerves, muscles, blood vessels, and/or organs.

Since all of the standard medical tests do not show the fascial restrictions, it is thought that a high percentage of people suffering with pain, headaches and/or lack of motion may be having fascial problems, but most go undiagnosed. Myofascial Release™ applies gentle stretching and pressure, which allows the fascia to soften, elongate and return to its healthy size, shape, consistency and function.

Waxing

Waxing is a system that removes unwanted hair. Repeated procedures leave skin smooth and diminish new growth. Common areas…full leg, lower leg, bikini, arm, back, under arm, lip, eyebrow and chin. We also offer modified bikini wax and Brazilian waxing as well.

WAXING IS NOT RECOMMENDED IF YOU ARE USING THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS:

Brazilian/Bikini Wax Requirements

  • At least 2-3 weeks of hair growth

  • Must not be pregnant

  • Must not have period

  •  Please keep personal sanitation in mind

  • We recommend that you take Ibuprofen, Tylenol or Aleve before your appointment. Do not take Aspirin.
Bikini Wax:: The hair where a bathing suit/underwear ends is removed.

Modified Bikini: The hair from top, sides, inner thigh and outer buttocks is removed.

Brazilian Bikini: All hair is removed, including the buttocks hair, except for a thin strip in the front.

We customize individual color, including: corrective, dimensional and foiling techniques. We also specialize in precision and texturized cutting, conditioning treatments and natural-looking perm designs.

NOTE: Please inform your technician if you are using Retin-A, Birth Control, or any other prescriptions.  Tanning is not recommended 24 hours before and after waxing.

Your Nails

OPTIONS SALON & SPA  offers a variety of treatments for your hands and feet to keep them feeling and looking their best.

MANICURE - shaping and polishing of the nail, enhanced with a hand massage.

FRENCH MANICURE - a manicure that is finished with a natural look.

PEDICURE - the T.L.C. given to your so deserving feet that includes exfoliation, foot massage, shape, file and polish

SCULPTURED NAILS - acrylic or fiberglass available to create a desired shape and length.

FILLS - the maintenance of your sculptured nails.

TEMPORARY NAILS - artificial nails just for that special occasion.

PARAFFIN TREATMENT - a waxing treatment that helps to soften and hydrate the skin.

ARTIFICIAL/NATURAL TRANSITION - a three-step system designed to take an artificial nail client to natural, healthy, beautiful nails.

PETITE  PEDICURE -   approximately thirty minutes. It includes the soaking, shaping, cuticle care, massage and polish. It is proven to be a great time and money saver.

  • All packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit will not be refunded if cancelled within 24 hours of appointment. Please have a credit card number ready when scheduling. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
     

  • Lockers and showers are available for your convenience
     

  • Gift cards are available in any denomination. Choose from one of our spa packages or customize your own. You may include tax and tip on a gift card to ensure the receiver does not have any out-of-pocket expenses with their gift.  We can take a gift card order by phone, with your credit card, and have it ready for you to pick up or mail it to you directly. Gift cards are valid for two years; not responsible if lost or stolen; not redeemable for cash
     

  • Monthly Specials
     

  • Retail cards: Receive $15 in free retail products once you have purchased $100 in retail. Retail cards have no expiration date.
     

  •  Email specials: Let a salon coordinator know if you are interested in receiving our email specials. Be sure to let us know if you email has changed. If you would like to be taken off our email list please respond back and include your first and last name on your reply.
     

  • Customer Satisfaction: If you feel you would be more comfortable with another technician or would simply prefer another opinion, we encourage you to try another staff member. We work as a team and are pleased to have clients serviced by anyone on our staff.
     

  •  Salon and Spa Etiquette: Children are not allowed in the spa due to insurance restrictions. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to spa and massage appointments to prepare for these services. We ask that all cell phones are either turned off or put on vibrate as a courtesy.
     

  • Gratuity: The average gratuity is 10-20%, however it is up to the discretion of the client.
     

  • Referral Program: Ask your technician how you can receive a FREE service by referring friends, family and co-workers to Options Salon & Spa. The list of free services are:
