Happy New Year, I hope everyone had a safe and blessed holiday season! To help ring in the New Year we want to review some successful programs we implemented last year.
 
Saving money is at the top of everyone’s list, and at Options we give you that opportunity with our Referral Program. Read the article below for more information on how you can save $5 with each new client you refer to Options.
In October, we implemented the Featured Product of the Month. We received a great response from you on this program so we have decided to continue it in 2010. You will be entered into a raffle drawing for the Featured Product by receiving an entry ticket for each service you receive. You may also purchase the Product of the Month for 10% off (not applicable with VIP cards or any other discounts.). Check out our new Featured Products .

Our new Charity Contribution program has gained much support. Find out more about this quarter’s charity . Speaking of support, I again want to thank everyone for your support during these challenging economic times. Save Money, Refer a Friend So...did you ask? Do you know how you can receive $5 off your next service? It’s simple! For every new client that you refer to Options you will be sent a thank you in the mail for $5 off your next service or retail purchase. This enhanced program will allow us to acknowledge you each time you refer a new client to Options. In order to qualify for the referral program, the person you refer MUST include your first and last name in the referral section of our new client forms, and live in the state of Ohio. In addition, we must have your address on file to mail out the coupon. Unfortunately, if they do not write your name on the form, you will not be properly credited with the referral. Remember, the best compliment you can give your technician is a referral. If you enjoy coming to Options Salon & Spa, tell your friends and be rewarded with $5 off service or retail! Staff News and Thank You's
We are all anxiously awaiting the arrival of Brandie’s baby!  She will be on maternity leave from January 18 thru March 16.   We would like to welcome Carollee to our Esthetics team. Carollee is available to take appointments for skincare and waxing on Tuesdays 9am-3pm, Fridays 9am-3pm and Saturdays 9am-4pm.   Cyndi will now be taking clients for skincare and waxing. She is available on Thursdays 9am-4pm.   We wish Kristen the best of luck. She is currently attending nursing school and has decided to focus her attention on her studies at this time.

Charity Contributions Each quarter Options Salon & Spa chooses a charity to support. We raise money by client donations and our staff’s donations of $5 to wear jeans for the day. Donations can be made to a Salon Coordinator at the Front Desk. Last quarter we raised $450 for Pilot dogs.   This quarter we are supporting: Domestic Violence Center of Greater Cleveland About the Domestic Violence Center... For over 30 years the Domestic Violence Center has been dedicated to ending abuse and providing compassionate treatments for the victims.     Diva For a Day at the Gemini Center

 Options Salon & Spa will be participating in the “Diva for a Day” at the Gemini Center on Sunday, April 18. If you are in the age range of 12-17, we will have stylists, make-up artists, and nail technicians there to give you advice, tips, and mini-services* (15 minutes in length). Our specialists will be styling your hair, giving skin care consultations, applying make-up and giving polish changes. Make sure to register early so you don’t miss out on the opportunity to indulge yourself. A light snack will be provided by the Gemini Center.

*Special Notes: Due to the 15 minute timing, please adhere to the following: Hair services: No haircuts will be given. You must arrive with your hair freshly washed and completely dried. The style will include flat ironing or curling with an iron (15 minutes max including consultation).   Make-up application: Choose one of the following: camouflaging problem skin, eye design, or choosing the right colors.   Polish change: Nails must be polish ready.
